If your licences run out

Emails remind your Admins before and after your renewal date, and an Admin renews on Billing.

Who can do it: Admin Manager Viewer everyone; Admins renew.

What happens

  1. Before your renewal date: emails remind your Admins 30, 7 and 1 days before.
  2. On your renewal date, unpaid: an email tells your Admins that your licences have ended, and the date to renew by to keep live tracking. More follow 1, 7 and 13 days later.
  3. When an Admin renews, the new year starts from your old renewal date.

To renew

An Admin opens Billing and pays on the Renew your licences card (Renew your licences). If another company provides the app to you, contact it.

Good to know

  • If you need more time, contact your provider before the date in the email.
