Renew your licences

From 30 days before your renewal date, open Billing, choose the licences to renew, and pay.

Who can do it: Admin Admins of a company that pays for the app itself.

Your licences last a year, to your renewal date. You can renew from 30 days before it. Emails remind your Admins 30, 7 and 1 days before.

Steps

  1. Open Billing. From 30 days before your renewal date, it shows a Renew your licences card. (Before then, it says "Renewing opens 30 days before …", with your date.)
  2. Choose the Licences to renew: the licences you hold, or fewer, down to the vehicles you have. To renew fewer than your vehicles, remove vehicles first.
  3. Check the amount, and press Pay ₹… (the button shows the total). Pay on Razorpay's page.

Your packs keep their numbers, and every vehicle keeps its licence. The new year starts from your old renewal date, so renewing early loses nothing.

Good to know

  • Once a renewal is paid, Billing says "Your renewal is paid. Your licences are renewed as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.", and doesn't offer the Renew your licences card again.
