Sign up and pay

On the website, press Sign up, fill in your company's details, confirm your email and pay for your licences.

Who can do it: Admin a new customer, before having an account.

You can start on your own, in a few minutes: sign up, pay for your vehicles' licences, and sign in.

Steps

  1. On the website, press Sign up.
  2. Fill in the Company name, Your name (you'll be the account's first admin), your Email, your Phone (an Indian number), the Number of vehicles (1 to 500; for more, contact sales), and your company's GSTIN if you want it on your invoice (optional).
  3. Tick "I accept the terms and the privacy policy". Each is a link, to read first.
  4. The page shows the price: ₹99 per vehicle a year, including GST, for example "5 vehicles: ₹495 a year, including GST".
  5. Press Sign up. We email you a 6-digit code: type it in, and press Confirm.
  6. The page says "Your email is confirmed." Press Pay ₹… (the button shows the total). Razorpay's secure page opens: pay by UPI, card or net banking.
  7. Back from Razorpay, the page says "Payment received, setting up your account…", then Your account is ready, with your new app's address and Sign in now. Sign in with your email and a code.

What you get

  • Your company's account, with every feature of the plan and 30 days of history.
  • Your own web address, made from your company's name. Bookmark it: it is the one your people sign in at.
  • Your licences for a year, as a numbered pack.
  • An email inviting you, the first Admin.

Then: Add a vehicle, and Invite a user.

If something goes wrong

  • "Your account is being set up. We've emailed your sign-in address to …" Razorpay hasn't confirmed the payment yet. The email arrives once it has, usually within minutes.
  • You closed Razorpay's page without paying: go back to the sign-up page in the same browser tab and pay again.
  • "You already have an account" by email instead of a code: your email already has an account. Sign in instead.
  • The app is sold in India only.
  • Trackers, SIM cards and fitting are charged separately.
